The building is a low-rise condominium building (8 floors only) built in the late 90's. The place is a 69-sq. meter condominium unit. Indicate the actual number of persons in your booking. For example, if you indicated just 5 persons we will only allow 5 persons to enter the place.

Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell.

NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food.

P15,000 penalty for trashing up or messing up the place.

For security reasons, the building has strict rules that you need to comply with. Once booking is confirmed, please email valid IDs of everyone staying in the unit before your date of arrival and checkin.
