The space
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire condominium unit including the private balcony. Strictly NO Visitors allowed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condominium unit. Its' a one-of-a-kind corner condominium unit with a huge balcony and a beautiful view.

Other things to note
Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell.

NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food.

P30,000 penalty for trashing up or messing up the place.

For security reasons, the building has strict rules that you need to comply with. Once booking is confirmed, please email valid IDs of everyone staying in the unit before your date of arrival and checkin, we need to secure a “Guest Form” indicating your name and the duration of your stay and attach copies of of your IDs. You need to show this form to security personnel upon checkin and as needed.

We don’t have reserved parking slots for guests. However, there’s a pay parking lot open 24/7 is at basement.

We provide beddings based on the number of guests you indicated. Please indicate the actual number of guests.
