By Filling Out The Form You Agree To The Following Terms & Conditions:

1. Fill out the form below and provide the link to your existing Airbnb listing. 
 

2. We will call you to verify and email you a verification email.
 

3. We will extract all information and photos from your existing Airbnb listing then we will list your staycation property on LetStay.com.ph to promote it for free.
 

4. When guests click the "Book via Airbnb" button on your listing they will be redirected to your Airbnb listing page.
 

5. Guests will still do the booking process on your Airbnb account.
 

6. No booking will be made on the LetStay website. We will simply list your property to promote it. We will NOT collect any commission.
 

7. The title of your listing will also be the same as your existing Airbnb listing. We only put the LetStay brand on the title of the listing if the property is being managed by us.
 

8. If you want us to accept bookings via Call or Chat on your behalf, that will be subject to a different contract. This listing service is to promote your listing only, NOT to manage your listing, and NOT to accept bookings on your behalf.

9. If you want changes done to your listing or remove your listing from our website simply email us with the subject: Edit or Delete My Listing

10. These terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice.

Warranty and Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Letstay Inc. provides the services as is, and hereby disclaims all other warranties and conditions, either express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy or completeness of responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, and lack of negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall Letstay Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, death, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the products, services or proposed solutions, the provision of or failure to provide support services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this document, even in the event of the fault, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty of Letstay Inc. or any other supplier, and even if they or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions from either party will be dealt with within reason and legal bounds.
