Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell.

NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food.

For your safety and comfort, LPG tanks have been removed from the unit in accordance with our updated safety policy. An electric stove is provided and fully functional for your cooking needs.
